MEASURING GUIDE:
Waist Size - The kilt
waist measurement should be taken at the level of the navel. Take a firm (but
not tight) measurement. It is important to note that the kilt is worn higher
than a standard pair of trousers and therefore it is likely that your kilt waist
measurement may be larger than your trouser waist measurement.

INSURANCE:
Insurance charges are already included in the shipping charges. All the
shipments are comprehensively insured so that we can enjoy a risk-free trade.
If you don’t receive your packet within 21 working days from the date of
dispatch, just let us know and we will dispatch the second packet after initial
investigation.
RETURN & REFUND: (if applicable)
Please let us know any discrepancy in the product before moving to return and
refund. You will be accommodated in your best interest otherwise return and
refund option is there. In such a case the goods must be reported in 14 days of
receipt. You can use standard air mail service of the post office to return the
goods back to us. The return costs to be paid by the buyer. The product cost
will be refunded after the product is received back. The expenses paid and
incurred earlier on your behalf like shipping and insurance charges will not be
refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition
that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also do not
accept products that are,

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify
you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,
within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund
is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is
posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be
refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned
item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the
order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the
gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Defence Road

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning
your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost
of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you
live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able
shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we
will receive your returned item.
EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT: (if applicable)
Size exchange will be done smoothly and no single question would be asked, in
this type of return freight would be paid by buyer. So please confirm your size
if not available in the size list to prevent yourself from paying double
freight. Please report us in case of any damaged product received during
transit or faulty product received. Just send us the picture, we will see the
best possible options as per the situation and will let you decide, what suits
you best. We work for your satisfaction, if you are not satisfied then how can
we be satisfied with our operations? Just feel free to contact us for any
matter.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange
