Order Cancellation Before Production

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If production has not yet started, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation After Production Has Started

Once production has begun, your order enters the manufacturing process and materials have been allocated.

At this stage, the order cannot be canceled and may not be eligible for a full refund.

If you contact us after production has started, we will review your request and advise you of any available options.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Many of our products are custom-made according to the measurements, tartan selection, or personalization provided by the customer.

Because these items are manufactured specifically for you, custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Please ensure all measurements, tartan selections, and customization details are accurate before placing your order.

Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding eligible returns.

Incorrect Order Information

If you need to change your shipping address, measurements, tartan selection, or other order details, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet started.

Once manufacturing begins, changes may no longer be possible.

Order Delays

Occasionally, production or shipping may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• High seasonal demand
• Public holidays
• Material availability
• Customs processing
• Courier delays
• Natural events or unforeseen circumstances

Order delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or compensation.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will provide an update and discuss available options.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and include:

• Your Full Name
• The reason for cancellation (optional)

Submitting your request promptly gives us the best opportunity to cancel the order before production begins.
